This privacy policy describes how Courtemanche Atelier LLC ("we," "us," "our") handles your information across all of our products and services, including web applications, websites, and related tools.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you create an account on any of our services, we collect basic profile data from OAuth providers (such as email address and display name). OAuth tokens are not retained beyond active sessions.
User Content: All content you enter into our applications — including but not limited to tasks, projects, notes, documents, and other data — is stored solely to provide the service you are using.
Technical Data: Our servers record standard technical information (IP addresses, user agents, timestamps) for limited periods for security monitoring and debugging purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services
- Authenticate your account and maintain security
- Send service-critical communications (downtime notices, security alerts)
We do not use your information for:
- Advertising or ad targeting
- User profiling or behavioral analytics
- Sale to third parties
4. AI Features
Some of our products offer optional AI-powered features that send relevant data to third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic or OpenAI) during active use. These interactions are governed by the respective provider's privacy policy. You maintain full control over AI features and can disable them at any time.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on our infrastructure with TLS encryption in transit. We implement security measures including input validation, CSRF protection, and secure session management. Regular encrypted backups are performed. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions to protect your data.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days. Where available, export functionality allows you to download your data before deletion.
7. Third-Party Services
Our products may integrate with:
- OAuth providers (Google, GitHub, Microsoft, Apple) for authentication
- AI providers for optional AI features (data sent only during active use)
- Infrastructure providers for hosting
Each integration is limited to its stated purpose. We do not share your data with third parties beyond what is necessary to provide our services.
8. Your Rights
You may access, export, and delete your personal data at any time through your account settings. If you are located in the EU, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection to processing. 9. Children's Privacy

10. Self-Hosted Software
Some of our products are available as self-hosted open-source software. When you self-host, your data resides entirely on your own infrastructure and we have no access to it. This policy applies only to our managed hosted services.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification where applicable. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
